Since yesterday i have very big sttuters when i start the descent. Didn't have it  during take off and cruise but they start when i start the descent.

I didn't change nothing in graphic options

Maybe you can detail which airport, which addons you use, which settings you have and PC setup. 

Perhaps a shaders cache cleaning will help, there is also a tool presented here on the forum,
