Prosim 738 Problem Parking Brake with GSX

Recommended Posts

Hello, we need help, in GSX Forum we did not get help.

I Hope there is one Flightsimmer which is use Homecockpit with Prosim737

The PROSIM 738 is at the gate, parking brake is set.
* Boarding no problem.
* Request pushback no problem.
* Releasing the parking brake before pushback is also no problem.
When the pushback is complete, GSX requests that the parking brake be set again.

And this is where the problem begin:
It is not possible to set the parking brake after EVERY PUSHBACK by GSX PRO.
GSX PRO prevents the brake from being set in the home cockpit!
No matter which airport. GSX MUST BE RESET because otherwise the process will not be completed.
After GSX Reset there is no Problem to set the parking bracke in the 738.

Resetting GSX will reset the flight plan in the home cockpit of the PROSIM 737.
GSX PRO cannot be used in this case.
How can we and GSX solve the problem with the parking brake?
i have read the Manual, there are some extentions for other planes. Did not help in The Prosim 738

Thanks for HELP, Thomas.

If the parking brakes works before a restart, it means it is configured correctly in the airplane profile.

That is assuming you ARE using a custom airplane profile. Since none of the Prosim airplanes are internally supported by GSX, it means you must create an airplane profile, and the parking brakes test can be customized, in the case the airplane doesn't use a standard variable to test it.

So, the first question would be: are you using an airplane profile (you should) and if yes, how the parking brake test is set to ?

I am running Prosim 737 MSFS on my home 737 cockpit and I have no issues setting the PB after GSX (using the Prosim 737 GSX profile) has pushed me back from the gate. I am also running a CFY 737 motorized throttle and the parking brake is controlled by the CFY software.
