June 5, 20242 yr Just put the 7.6.2 version of the map replacement tool on my system and went to check it out. To be honest, I'm not sure I can see that much of a difference now that I compare these shots with my previous "Red Arrows over Torquay" grabs. I was impressed at first but when I went to compare the two sets I'm now not really sure how much improvement there is or isn't. I'll leave it in place for now though, as it doesn't seem to be causing any problems. Thought I'd use the Red Arrows again. Tried to get the smoke trails to work but nothing seemed to happen when I tried them. I may have to read the manual, heaven forfend. Brief trip down the coast to Plymouth, and when I got there I could see the USN was on a flag-waving visit, so popped out to say hello. So just a few shots - enjoy! Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

June 9, 20241 yr Lovely shots, Andy. The terrain landscape and greenery here, with your Map Replacement, look quite vibrant and beautiful ...reminds me now of my (past) virtual escapades in the Land's End area ...🙂...
