HUD :

INSTALLATION IN IN CITATION 550 PANEL

1. Place the "gaHud29" folder into the aircraft you wish to have the Hud. For example if your aircraft is B747-400, after install it would read B747-400/gaHud29.

2. Drop the "dsd_fsx_xml_sound.gau" file into your FS9/Gauges main folder.

3. Drop the "B767" folder into your sound folder into your FS9/Sound folder.

4. And at last, you must reference the installation within the aircraft panel you chose. This assumes you know how to edit and properly re-number panel
entries. Very simple to do. If your unfamiliar, ask for help on the forums such as AVSIM.com or Flightsim.com.

Here is an example for a panel install: Pay attention to the <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Hello Andrea, if I understood you correctly, do you want to extract the HUD from the 767 panel you mention, and install it into the Citation one?

If so, which panels did you use? I mean, where can we get them?

Best regards,
Luis Hernández 20px-Flag_of_Colombia.svg.png20px-Flag_of_Argentina.svg.png

This is one of those instances where having a copy of FSPanel Studio really comes in handy, especially if you're into Gauge swapping and/or playing around with Panels. It's one of the best add ons out there and worth every penny.

Thanks at all

I know FSPanel Studio, but it is too much hard for me. I use it only one time ! (ViperPilot)

Actually the readme file that I saw is not explained well,it is for expert, not for me. After all is not so important. (Hernandez)

Thank you again

Andrea

I'm a total word not allowed, and I was able to figure FS Panel Studio out pretty quickly. It saves massive amounts of time both trying to find the right Gauge and figuring out the Coordinates in the Panel to put the Gauge in the correct spot because the entire Panel is right in front of you. For me, it's an invaluable FlightSim Tool, and one of the most used for my Sim.

If an word not allowed like me can figure it out, you definitely can! 🙂
