June 20, 20241 yr Hi... I have the Throttle Tek Flightbox 2 and have had it for about 2 years. I love it. However, I keep running into issues. I sent it back about a year ago to have it fixed and now am running into an issue out of nowhere that my right engine throttle is constantly moving in the sim. I have calibrated in windows per the youtube instructions and that didn't seem to change anything. I plugged the flight box into the PC directly (used to be in a hub) and that didn't work. I've calibrated in the Fenix MCDU and still get the movement on the right throttle. Roberto from Throttletek has been extremely responsive and sent me this video to make sure I have my bindings correct (which I do i believe since I have flown without issue for over a year). https://youtu.be/_eb9PtZOqgk?si=cY178hVY19OON932 He told me to try different null zones but that is the only thing I can't figure out. I don't see any place in the settings that allows me to change null zones. When I am in the sensitivity page, the joystick L Axis Y is all set to 0 but reactivity is set to 100. On that page the liner line with the ball is consistently moving no matter what I change. Throttletek insists my unit is fine and that I need to play around with settings but I don't know what that would be since this suddenly started to happen out of the blue. Any ideas and any tips on changing the null zone to see if that is the issue? June 20, 20241 yr Do you see the issue happening in the Windows Game Controllers control panel? Matt Webb

June 21, 20241 yr Just to be sure, ensure all running programs (including any program icons appearing near the clock) are shut down. If you are still seeing it in the Windows control panel, take a video of the hardware and screen and send it to support. If you have access to another computer, laptop, etc, try to test it on that to confirm it's nothing to do with the computer. Edited June 21, 20241 yr by Matt Webb Matt Webb
