June 22, 20241 yr When I move my (mouse) pointer over the instruments panel especially the Garmin G1000 it display an explanation of whatever is under that (mouse) pointer which sometimes gets in the way of selecting say the outer or inner FSM knob. I have tried 'turning off' a few things but cannot stop the 'assistance'. Please advise what 'assistance' need turning off. June 23, 20241 yr It's under options > accessibility. Instrument name tooltips, and instrument description tooltips.
June 24, 20241 yr Author Thanks Accessibility was the last place I would look and obviously didn't look. For me that is not very logical. I also searched and played a few youtube videos without success before posting here. All good now though.
