I’ve just bought Montpellier LFMT for P3Dv5 from SimMarket as they’re having a sale.

It installed okay and kudos to the developers for adding customised GSX2 jetways and WalkOn features.

The problem is overlapping parking positions in the arc in front of the main terminal building. If you have AIG Ai the wings of two 737s are overlapping they’re that close.

Has anyone else seen this and did you resolve it? It looks like some AFCAD editing is needed.

This is what I'm talking about. It matches the real world positions but in the real world the ground controllers will ensure no overlapping of aircraft when parked.

Sadly in the sim world no intelligence exists so the only way to overcome the problem is to reduce the number of positions. Ho hum.

I think you have the answer. One would have to reduce the parking/gate size. I also see overlapping positions. 

@David Vega, I removed gates D4 and D6 and changed the two HEAVY gates to MEDIUM.

Although there is still some bunching it's far less imposing.

And checking movements with Ai Companion there are no heavy aircraft using LFMT.

In all other respects it's a nicely designed airport and kudos to the developers for including GSX jetways and WALKON features with Stop positions matching the parking position.
