Volume keeps dropping to 50% (Do nothing is set)

Hello all, 

In my communications settings, I have "Do Nothing" set, but Voxatc still drops to 50% volume everytime it talks. How do I keep this at 100%?

I run P3Dv5.4

Same issue now dropped all other sound in fsx to 50% seems to be only poor fix. Dev has moved on it seems

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
