Hello

PSXT Traffic starts, but after 30 seconds the program ends with a red bar at the bottom. It just says RT error
But Real Traffic has started, and it was still working yesterday.
What could be wrong?

Edit: The strange thing is, I have now restarted Real Triffic Launcher 2 or 3 times. Now it won't start anymore

PSXT should only run on its own. Don't run RT alongside PSXT. It states this in the manual.

But I started RTX Traffic so that I can follow the real traffic in the RT Launcher

yesterday everything still worked

The same is happening to me. It throws a QNHReader sys error 33 for a split second as well.

Balthasar by accident released a new version of RealTraffic app (10.0.252), but PSXTraffic is not compatible with it yet. He has rolled back version 10.0.151. Now your RT error problem will be over.

He is running PSXTraffic, not PSXT.

Hi there,

I am using psxt 4.5.2 with P3D v4.5 and get RT error as well. I renewed my RT license yesterday but now i get this problem. What could be the problem. Yes i am still using P3D v4.5 and till a month ago no major problems

?   P3D v4 is not supported  (v5 and v6 only) and the actual PSXT version is 8.4.1 ... Please update first.

Thanks, so i mention i use P3D v4.5 and the advice is update to version 8.4.1 for v5 and v6??? If my pc was able to handle this version believe me i would have done so a long time ago. Yes maybe i am one of the remaing few whom use P3D v4. It is a pity a few people have the "power" to advice people what version to use while P3D v4 still has all kind of tools, scenery still on the market. The ones who owns the nice tool to make the sim comes alive stopped supporting.

Yes, that's the only way forward if you want to continue using PSXT, I'm afraid. I have notified P3Dv4 users long time ago already that support was ending.

It has nothing to do with "power". I am developing PSXT for free, you know. And my time is limited. And MSFS 2024 is at our doorstep...
 

Thanks again. I appreciate your work. I was thinking that maybe for you it was a small thing to just let the old version talk to RT. I was not asking for a complete overhaul. I understand for you it has to do with limited time but also i'll hope you will understand that there are people with a limited wallet and still like to fly as long as it is possible. But it is fine.
