will not load

In my FSX it's trying load a flight plan all I get is the blue circle it some times it does load it but most of the time it takes a long time to load it up?  Any ideas ? I don't ? Could use a little help Thanks

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱

scewed that it is an almost new Dell laptop and too much money in scenery and didn't care for the new one, plus another computer would be a necessity.
