With that in mind, every time I've helped someone with a 1001 code BSOD in the past, it turned out to a problem with a RAM module going south.  I'd start with a run of MemTest86+ to rule that out.

Your last image suggests "YES". The only thing I'd do is perhaps a slight voltage boost (0.1V) to see if it needs a touch more. Otherwise, replace.
