I'm able to assign a layer change to my HOTAS 3-way switch/button. But only to the first two "buttons" of the switch. The third one for some reason won't bring up a layer switch.

I've tried assigning different layers to this third switch to make sure it wasn't something with the third layer. The button is being seen by AAO, so I don't think that's the issue. 

Anyone have an idea? 

Can you be more specific about what has been assigned and how? (and what you expect it to do). Post a screenshot maybe?

Of course, I've got it to work now. No idea why or what changed between last night and today, but the final position now changes to layer 2.
