New customer cannot order upgrade. Is this because the email that I typed into v3 doesn't match my paypal email?? The email that I put into V3 is the email that I purchased V2 with.
October 8, 20241 yr Author Also, I exchanged emails with you in 2019 where you reset my license for a new machine and the emails I sent you were from my paypal email, not my V2 email. So, if I should just change the email in V3 and try again, let me know. BR, Mike
