When flying the flybywire a320(only plane i have flown so far) in msfs 2020 and using pilot2atc ver.3 the logitech radio panel has issues during the flight portion. Squawk display goes on and off. And the radio tuner jumps back and forth when adjusting frequencies. Making it hard to tune in. Seems to work better on the ground. All works fine in old version.

Make sure you're using the latest P2A version 0.0.23.  An earlier version had issues with rotary tuning of the frequencies.
