October 29, 20241 yr Time to fire up your old legacy simulators! I happened to check out Simmarket and noticed some interesting things on sale on old FSX and P3D products. Developers include: Aerosoft (including FSDG products), HIFI Technologies (Active Sky products), FlyawayTampa, Lionheart Creations, Cera Simaircraft, Tropical Sim, FSXcenery, Samscene, Prealsoft, Drzewiecki Design and more. simMarket: Flight Simulation Add-Ons - MSFS, P3D, FSX, XPLANE Helpful information: All Cera Simaircraft helicopters for FSX and old P3D versions are P3Dv5 compatible, I asked the developer directly and they verified that all helicopters work fine. I have some older Lionheart Creation planes installed in P3Dv5 and they seem to work fine. FSXcenery airports, I have 6 from this developer and they all work in P3Dv5 though I cannot guarantee they all will. Specs: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon board, Ryzen 5800X CPU, 3600Mhz Corsair RAM, Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 XT GPU Favorite Sims: FSX:SE, P3Dv5.4, X-Plane 11 & 12
October 31, 20241 yr I think they should drop base prices by 50% or make the discounts more than 60%. There is nothing here that entices me to spend money on a decade-old product i7-12700KF, RTX 3080 12GB, 64GB DDR4 3600MHz, ASUS PG348Q 34" ultra-wide monitor, Track IR 5, HP Reverb G2, Windows 10 64-bit

There is nothing here that entices me to spend money on a decade-old product You should still keep an eye out for simmarket sales because I've been watching their sales closely for the last several months and I've noticed a lot more things go on sale much more often than they used to. Every month there's good sales going on for all kinds of FSX and P3D products, each time different products and different developers. For example with Aerosoft I notice they will put select for sale one month, then a month later, put other select products on sale and so on. Some other developers are doing this too. Another thing I noticed is some developers are now lowering the regular prices of some of their FSX and P3D products as well.
