Just adding my issue to the list of other issues. 
 

I never experienced the 97% grid lock or issues when customizing my character.

 

My issue is that I only have 8 aircraft to choose from when I’m free flight mode. 
 

If anyone else is having this issue, post here for all to see.

They all appear for me. Only I have to use the "configure" submenu to find the variants. Like the several 172's steam and gps variants, the new and old JU-52, etc.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
