November 20, 20241 yr Guys, been trying to install the latest firmware for my new Crystal Light since yesterday. Firmware updater always stuck at 66.7% and the PC "freezes", mouse and keyboard dead. Needed to hard-reset the PC. Pimax support tried to help and suggested to use an older "Pimax Play" software and to disable the camera in Windows device manager. None of that helped. What helped was "patience" ... after about 35 minutes the update went through.
