I will keep 2020 (along with 2024) till the day Microsoft and Asobo realize that not everything needs to be streamed. You should have an option to save planes and airports locally, let the user decide what's best for him.

Mine popped up as soon as I started PimaxPlay (original 1.0.3, new one is V1.0.11). Since I only received my HMD yesterday I never did an update. So you properly already have the latest version?

Just had my first flight an hour ago. Impression: not good ... textures missing, blurry (on the ground). After take off the textures of the runway popped in, but the surrounding scenery itself still didn't load properly.

Guys, been trying to install the latest firmware for my new Crystal Light since yesterday. Firmware updater always stuck at 66.7% and the PC "freezes", mouse and keyboard dead. Needed to hard-reset the PC. Pimax support tried to help and suggested to use an older "Pimax Play" software and to disable the camera in Windows device manager. None of that helped. What helped was "patience" ... after about 35 minutes the update went through. So if anyone of you runs into the same problem, give it some time 😉

Lucky for quick delivery, yes. But not so for quality of the item. Straight after opening the box there was one lens protector floating round, looking at the lenses there was NONE on it. Second protector nowhere in the box. Item shows scratches. So definetly not a new item. Might be the reason why delivery was so quick. Shame on you Pimax!

I ordered mine (UK) on Saturday and it arrived today, Tuesday ... was very surprised because initialy it said "2 to 4 weeks" and an agent on the chat said that is a very optimistic time frame, it will be more about 5 to 6 weeks ...

Right click both entries and uninstall. (Make sure Joystick is not connected). Reboot computer and try again ... good luck!

Can you also check in device manager if it shows there, should be under "Human Interface Devices". I am sure you already did, but try different USB ports. Use the ones that are directly connected to the mainboard.

Just hit the Windows Key and "R" together, then type it in and press enter.

Works fine here as well When you are running "joy.cpl", is it listed?

Thanks Noel, good information. If I find time I'll give it a try. But for the moment I will stick with my LG C1 screen set to 30Hz refresh rate, gives me (in my opinion) the same result in regards to "smoothness".
