Hi, I'd like to know from those who bought directly from the Pimax website how long it took from order to delivery.

Ordered 6/12/24, the headset arrived on 8/30/24.😶

I hear the turnaround is much better now.

I hope. I placed my order on Oct. 26th. I hope to have it in hand by MSFS 2024 release. Also hoping Windows 11 doesn't brick my HP g2 before then.

Use this app - it's light and simple.  It will still allow you to download security critical updates if you wish.  And you can re-enable major updates (like 24H2) at any time quickly.

I placed order on Oct 17, and the Pimax order page still shows "We received your order" as of now. I guess it means they have nothing to ship yet? I don't know, but it doesn't seem to be likely that I'll receive the headset by Nov 16 when FS2024 comes out.

Thanks. I am off to try this, especially since I just got an email from Pimax saying my CL is on its way to the European warehouse. They expect it to arrive in mid-November. 

I just got probably the same email: "Your headset has been prepared and is en route to Europe. It is expected to arrive at the Europe warehouse in Mid-November. Please keep an eye out for an email. An address confirmation email will be sent before shipping."

The thing is that I'm US, so is it true that Pimax always ships to US from Europe warehouse? Kind of surprising they don't a have a warehouse in US already.

Anyway, I'm crossing fingers that the headset will be good when it finally comes. I have seen quite a few complaints on reddit that some PCL come with lenses of bad quality and it takes months to get new lenses.

Mine started off in China, went to LA, and then to Florida.🫤  Not sure what's going on here but it appears their distribution is being modified to meet demand.  I thought by now they had a distribution site in the US. I'm sure now that their partnered up with Microsoft things will only get better.

The standard delivery time is between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the country.

Sec, could you please share the order number with me? If you are in the US, you should receive the package from the US warehouse. I believe they may have provided the wrong information.

@Calvin-Pimax thanks! My order # is PM5147737. I just received a new email from Pimax saying that the previous email is wrong and my PCL is en route to US warehouse.

I'm in Canada and ordered a Crystal Light via their Website on september 19th and still no progress (In processing) after 7 weeks! Opened a ticket on their support website 6 days ago and still no response.

Any help would be appreciated...

Could you please share the order number with me? 

I ordered mine (UK) on Saturday and it arrived today, Tuesday ... was very surprised because initialy it said "2 to 4 weeks" and an agent on the chat said that is a very optimistic time frame, it will be more about 5 to 6 weeks ...

Lucky you. I ordered mine on Oct 29, but the website still says processing. I am in the US
