Unable to change Rolling Cache location

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

I think this is something that happened on MS 2020 back then early on, i am unable to change the location of the rolling cache to another drive.

I tried setting it to 2 gb at first on C drive (which is almost full), then to change the location to the G drive on another folder but as soon as i get out of that screen and i get back in it, it's back to the default C location.

I also tried the opposite, first changing it to G and then changing the size but i still meet the same outcome.

Is it happening for you too?

After I changed it to a different drive the rolling cache file still in the original C drive and in the new drive. So I deleted the original C drive rolling cache file and was fine.

After you change the location, press enter.. if you just click out, it will not save the change. I was able to change to my D drive.
