Hi. I am sorry to bother with this problem. The aircraft can´t do pushback with engines stopped or move forward with engines running. The chocks are removed, parking brake off and all set and ready for take-off. What can I do to track this problem? Thank you.

only way I managed so far to move it was change the panel state to ready for take off on the EFB. It’s very annoying…

On APU Panel state works as well.
