I have been able to set keyboard, yoke, and rudder settings... but the mouse seems impossible..

I would like to delete the mousewheel zoom, and keep the rightbutton+mousewheel setting.

However, when selecting the rightbutton+mousewheel option, the cursor instantly moves away from the scanning box and aborts the scan.

Is there another way?

Assign something to the mouse then click the cog icon. On the left column will be a full list of axes and buttons for youru mouse that you can then toggle on.
