November 28, 20241 yr For MSFS 2020 I have purchased the Carenado C207 and Beechcraft V35. When I installed MSFS 2024 (Premium Deluxe) these aircraft were available in my library straight away. I'm wondering about the flight models though; are they updated to make use of the new 2024 features? I'm wondering because both aircraft are available in the Aviator edition, so I figured, being default aircraft, they would have been updated to the new standards. Could this then also count for the previously purchased aicraft now available in the Aviator edition? Or do these still have the 'old' flight model? November 28, 20241 yr I'd say no they haven't been updated, otherwise the version number would have changed and I am sure their developers would announce it too. Sebastian said aircraft from FS 2020 could be used in FS 2024 if they used the MSFS flight dynamics. The new flight dynamics are a development of the FS 2020 base, with additional possibilities to model, with more detail, fuselages, surfaces/objects that can contribute to lift/drag/thrust , etc.., but ensuring backward compatibility. ASOBO/INIBUILDS aircraft I believe may have been updated to profit from these new features.
