  1. Wrong! 😁 Thanks for the heads up.
  2. Nonsense. I have never seen any difference after upgrading drivers.
  3. Has he told you that? I would care, even if it only were to cover costs. I agree with @Ianrivaldosmith the video doesn't make the product shine. I'm looking forward to it though.
  4. Hi fellas, There is an excellent freeware Cessna 172M available on Flightsim.to: https://flightsim.to/addon/108482/cessna-172m Well worth the download. The FM feels great and there are multiple panel options, including KLN90B, Garmin G5, GNS 430, GTN750 and 650. Only downside to me are the panel textures, which seem a bit to clean. Other than that, this one is a winner if you are into low and slow.
  5. I just downloaded and tried a freeware Cessna 172M. It behaved like expected during the take of roll; it slightly turned to the left, so some right rudder was necessary👍🏻Outstanding freeware! https://flightsim.to/addon/108482/cessna-172m
  6. I should have used a smiley of some sort. Of course I am aware MSFS will never outsell a game like GTA, lol. The use of the word 'doubt' was a sarcastic understatement 🙃
  7. True, but I'll doubt any MSFS release will ever reach such numbers.
  8. That radio, mounted on the back of the front seat, is that a realistic option? Or is it something the developer has made up for sim purposes?
  9. So why the 'hmm'? Looks great to me!
  10. Although I definitely appreciate the variety offered with the introduction of these units, I am still hoping for digital 'six pack' replacements with WT quality, like a Garmin G5 (thanks A2A for doing this) G500 or non Garmin equivalents. That way aircraft developers can better replicate upgraded panels.
  11. I agree. There should be at least an effect to the left, but you don't need any right rudder input at all... X-Plane on the other hand has completely exaggerated this effect, as the plane veers straight of the runway in an almost 90 degree angle if you don't use rudder, which also is not quite realistic 🤔 I don't know about other sims, but the ones I use indeed still leave a lot to be desired...
  12. Wow, 28 euros. I appreciate the effort, but this addon is not worth that amount of money. The exterior model is not accurate (the nose is to big for example) and the interior looks much worse than freeware planes available. No thanks.
  13. Could all be user error? If not, share your views with the developer. He's open to suggestions to improve his products.
  14. I get the impression he doesn't like it 🤣
  15. Yeah, it gets that nice nostalgic FSX vibe 😜
  16. That's a bummer when such a thing happens... There is a dedicated RealityXP forum here: https://www.avsim.com/forums/forum/767-the-realityxp-user-to-user-support-forum/ Unfortunately the developer seems to have abandoned his products. I'm afraid you might not get any support...
  17. Agreed, I couldn't do without it. So much more intuitive than the default camera system.
  18. This. The amount of excellent freeware is astonishing. You can spend hours browsing Flightsim.to to find many, many wonderful free additions to the sim.
  19. Agreed there are already options for the C172 available, but none are modelled as well as the A2A one for P3D. Even the WBSim C172, although a good representation of a C172R/S, does not accurately model the startup procedure for that type of 172. A2A had it nailed back in the day. I am still hoping for an upgrade of their older work to MSFS 2024.
  20. That looks mighty interesting as well, with the glass cockpit variant. Also, the interior looks like it's might be a different or newer version? The center console looks different. Back in the day the Realair Legacy was one of my favorites. Great to get two different types back in MSFS!
  21. I'll bite. What's the bet?
