November 30, 20241 yr Using the FMC to navigate from YMAV/36 to YMML/16 and I can see the various flight levels pre-programmed against the SIDs in the FMC, however they are not correct so I want to change them. For example, SID TUNKA must be between FL50 & FL90 however the FMC shows FL100 and this causes my approaches to be too high. Thanks. Aircraft is the FS2020 A320Neo.
November 30, 20241 yr If you want FL 90, then enter /90 and press the right TUNKA key (where it now says /FL100) AMD 7 7700X, 32GB DDR5, RTX 5060ti 16GB, 2 x Samsung 1TB NVMe, 1 x 4TB sata SSD, Windows 11 Prof
December 2, 20241 yr Author I tried that, entered "/600" into the FMC and pressed the right button next to the waypoint and got this screen:
December 2, 20241 yr Did you press the button on the right or the left of the screen? The page above is what you should get when you press the button on the left. Pressing the button on the right should give you a page where you can set altitude constraints. If you're pressing the button on the right and getting the screen above, that's a bug.
December 2, 20241 yr Author I'm using the standard Airbus A320neo and the FMC it comes with in FS2020. I program in the waypoints and when I try to enter the SPD/ALT, I get the above screenshot, using both the left and right keys on the FMC- it does not matter which key I use. It seems to work OK on the standard B747.

Next I changed your route to this one for a quick test. YMAV arbey tunka lasol ml YMML Next I downloaded / installed the MSFS2020 default A320 NEO to do the test. I seen the same problem you reported. Next I used the freeware FBW (FlyByWire) A320 which I use for my training. This more advanced aircraft allowed changing the waypoint speed/altitude. I did three screenshots. Edited December 3, 20241 yr by vonmar added information Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
