Bad performance in dev mode? disable "smart docking system"

If you have developer mode enabled and have bad performance (no settings help to get better performance), then diesable "smart docking system".

This repeatedly cuts my frames into half if enabled.

However I do not need this anyway ...

I believe it docks any of developer windows you open so they are not hidden by other windows but not 100% on that. Nonetheless, it won't affect the sim main operation if off.

One thing about the docking is, if enabled, it won't let you hid the dev menu bar up top. If you disable docking, the menu bar will hide.
