Has anyone figured out the FSS 727 spoiler axis binding?

Featured Replies

I can manage to deploy the spoiler but nothing I know how to do will make it retract.  It also seems to be an all or nothing thing, not a true axis.  Any ideas?

Supposedly this works in FSUIPC, however I am apparently too dumb to format it correctly into AAO.  This is what gives the handle full deployment but does not stow when I move the handle back up.  Using HC Bravo.

B727 Spoiler Axis#$Param 16384 + 327.68 / 0 max 100 min (>L:FSS_B727_SPOILER_LEVER_STATE, Number)

I no longer have that plane installed, but if I'm reading this bit of code correctly, all you have to do is to create a new axis assignment and type "L:FSS_B727_SPOILER_LEVER_STATE, Number" into the box where it says "Enter Variable".
Set Axis Min = 0, Axis Max = 100, Rounding = Float. Move the lever you want to assign this to up and down. Save.

To enter Values into Axis Min and Max either use the mouse wheel (left half of the box = big changes, right half of the box = small changes) or doubleclick into the box to edit it with the keyboard.

Thanks! That was the trick!  I had been breaking my brain trying to figure this out!
