Jeyways and AI aircraft

I've edited the aircraft.cfg for all my AI aircraft so the [exits] section complies with FSX to allow the jetways and ground vehicles to service them. I've noticed that sometimes when a plane docks at a gate, the jetway doesn't move to connect and although some service vehicles tend the aircraft, not all of them do. Is this normal? Are some of the arrivals just not suppposed to be serviced? I've double checked the [exits] entries and everything is in order.

This happens with my default aircraft as well. How do you edit the cfg for this?

So, I changed views numerous times to see the different AI aircraft listed. It appears there is nothing that will corrupt video memory more efficiently than this practice. While I didn't find any jetways not connected to parked aircraft, they were all connected in this corrupted manner. Just slewing around the airport did not result in the same corrupted views, but some jetways were connected and some weren't.
