Dynamic LOD ?

Does anyone know how to edit the LOD tables at the bottom of the app? I tried double clicking, clicking etc.

click on the numbers in one of the two square tables down at the bottom . Then the little boxes are populated and you can change them.  click s to save the new number afters you enter it. Click profile to import another default scheme.
