Not sure what's going on.  FS 2020 was a breeze for multi monitor, this new one is not.  I have 3 monitors.  When I try setting the 3 of them up all I get is the exact same image on all 3 monitors.  No left or right side.  Am I missing something?

Yes you need to do lateral offset, just like in 2020. Same controls, scroll down in advanced settings. I use -80 and +80 on side mons, combine with the correct amount of zoom and you are all set. A bit of experimentation. You may need to play with screens in windowed  mode not full screen to start. You can do vertical offset as well. If you need overhead panel or displaying pedestal.
