I've installed MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe edition twice now. My interest is in the Citation Longitude. It along with other additional airframes should be available but isn't.  I've excluded the XBOX directory from Norton and start the sim in admin mode.  At a loss. Suggestions appreciated.

I bought the Premium Deluxe version of MSFS 2024 so I could specifically get the Longitude.  Premium Deluxe offerings are a no show.  When I go to the library, I can find the Longitude, click the box  without success. What am I missing to enable an aircraft not already available?

While in the Market place, hit the content manager icon. If you check mark the not installed box you should see all the AC on the right side. Choose what you want to install and restart the sim.

In my case selecting the not installed box and then finding the aircraft I want and chkg that box does nothing.

When you check the box you should see a install/remove button on bottom of screen, when you press install, a message should pop up saying restart the sim for the aircraft to be installed. It will not install the aircraft on your computer, it will give you access to it on the cloud server.

I found the desired aircraft, checked the box and selected it. The install button appeared, I selected it and restarted the computer yet selected aircraft is not available. One note: It is when I press the disable button that this all happens. No install button is available.
