January 5, 20251 yr I saw it in some advertising but I'm not sure if it's a new feature of MSFS2024. Or maybe one has to install GSX into the new sim? https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file
January 5, 20251 yr It’s native to the sim, you don’t need GSX. None of the official Microsoft marketing material will ever show any third party addons that aren’t already natively in the sim - so if you see a feature in an official Microsoft trailer / video, it will never be something that you need to pay for or get separately. Of course this only applies to official videos. To get it working you have to set the passenger numbers in the EFB before loading into the flight and then you will see them boarding. However, they don’t work great (or at all? Haven’t tried it) with third party planes like the Fenix yet. 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen
January 5, 20251 yr Author So is it as simple as just pulling up to a jetway to initiate the process? I tried that with the default 737 Max and didn't see anything, but then, I probably didn't set the pax count as you described. https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file
January 5, 20251 yr Yes, you have to do it this way : https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/boarding-passengers/669167 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen

Speaking of the Max, all of the com and nav boxes are shut off, even though that plane doesn’t have an avionics master. Is there a way to turn them on? https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file

You have to turn up the brightness somewhere. Try googling for “737 Max MSFS 2024 com brightness”. I’ll update this comment if I find the post I remember reading 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen
