When I try to select the default MSFS2020 KSEA Seattle Airport as my departure airport the sim crashes. I tried deleting the data from the Rolling Cache but that didn't help. Never had this problem before.

I tracked down the problem to my Community folder, and long story short, one of the Navigraph files (navigraph-nav-base) apparently was corrupt.  I replaced the file and the KSEA problem went away.

Thank you for following up with the solution! I had this too and it was driving me crazy!

For anyone else having a CTD at KSEA or other Pacific Northwest airports, keep your eyes on these threads - looks like an issue with the latest Navigraph nav data cycle. Workaround for now is to disable Navigraph for the time being until they can identify the root cause of the CTDs and roll out a fix
