When I am opening the sim a little window pops up in the center of the screen (after aircraft loads) that says "IPC Mismatch".  Then the scene unloads and I get a box asking if I want to report the crash.  I've tried searching for this error message but have had no luck.

Test your installed plugins one by one and if you found the culprit, ask the plugin's developer about the error.
