Bonjour,

I am using FShud every days without problem.

To day "BOUM" at start he wants my MAIL and password.

I take my "carnet" with my all codes and N° LICENSE

Not correct for FShud, so i click on "forget password" 2 times. Wait 1 hour and nothing in my mail and spam.

try to go on website but nothing to contact anybody.

I am very disapointed.

Any idea to help me ?

I think the DRM they use requires a fresh login every month. Very annoying but common in the modern age.

I agree, but it seems the OP has forgotten his password, so he must contact FSHud_Admin via one of the methods in my previous post to get it reset.

True but it's annoying to pay for software, install it, login and authenticate only for the app or addon to delete your credentials and force you to start over. 

Too many darn logins everywhere these days for frivolous software. Should only need to login and register again if you rebuild your machine or move to another.
