Throttle recognized in profile - no response in C172/C152

Featured Replies

SU2 Beta

My Single Engine Prop GA profile shows the Throttle is properly bound to the Bravo Throttle Quadrant.  The response curve in the profile is working.  When I click on Search for Input and move the throttle lever in Profile I see Throttle Axis pop up.

The profile works perfectly with most single engine Premium Delux planes in 2024/Beta.

But, the C172(all variants) and C152(all variants) the in plane throttle lever does not move when I move the Bravo lever.  This has been a problem in Beta 2 but on prior days I could delete the profile binding and then rebind and the Cessna throttles would work again.

Today (April 9) the Cessna throttle will not respond no matter what I do.

The Bagalou AoA C172 and the Reims Rocket C172 work perfectly.

How do I reconnect the Bravo throttle to the C172 and C152?

Did the controller profile somehow switch back to default?

HELP!!

This problem is spreading - now some of the other default Asobo planes are showing the same behavior.

The CubCrafters NX Cub today did it to me - SimTrim and the Sim Controller Profile show the axis sending the correct signal when I move the Bravo throttle.  But the throttle does not move in the Carbon Cub. I switch to the C172 using DevMode/Load and the throttle does work in the C172.  I again Load the NXCub and no throttle.

I rebind the axis, I change the response curve, I move to another aircraft and then back to the cub and the throttle in the plane will not move.

I can verify in the Controller Profile that moving the Bravo throttle lever does activate the proper sim action (Throttle Axis)

I shut down the Sim and then restart it with NO changes and go to the same Free Flight plane (NXCub) and airport and the NX throttle now works perfectly.

This is becoming bothersome!
