Is there really no one here with any insight on this issue? Would very much appreciate any suggestions or information.

Do you have the FSLTL files in your community folder, and the VBR files loaded?

Edit: I recall having to do some weird song and dance with this after a reinstall. I think I ended up removing all the VBR files and relinking them.

I have the same setup which works in 2020, but may not have it in my 2024 Community folder- THANKS!

Do I copy it over or is there a separate installer? I checked the App but it did not show one.

Copy it over. You might need to add the VBR file from there also.

Simply copying over was the solution- Thank you! Still trying to wrap my head around 2 sims.
