I've been looking for an addin that will print cabin announcments / alert.  I guess a kind of speech to text. But no luck so far. Some alerts are simple enough based on content (pull up, gear, etc) but there are some single words that I just can't get.  Hopefully as a popout so the window can be enlarged to a readable size. 

 

(Info: the answer for hearing impaired is not simply 'turn up the volume', imagine if you will the muffled railway / tannoy announcments of Piccadilly or Victoria...)

There's no such add-on out there, I'm afraid.

I don't know if this will work or not.  Try 'Live Captions' under Accessibility/Captions in Windows 11 if you're using that operating system.  I'm hearing impaired also so I hope it works,

'Live Transcribe' should work.  Hadn't thought of that although I use it all the time also. 

Live captions works best, live transcribe picked up birds and wind and whatnot.  Will need to tune it somewhat 🙂
