So, let's shout-out xp12.2 Beta ...

and eagerly wait for it to go final and xp12.3 to be the next run, probably with emphasis in other aspects of the simulation.

In the meanwhile when I get a slot at the desktop to make a short/medium range flight, I pick a Toliss, or the Citation 525, just as in msfs 2024 I can pick the fenix 320 or the default WT CJ4, and go flying with xp's default ATC, using Simbrief for planning and JUSTFLIGHT'S Traffic Global.

But if for instance it's an heli I want to fly, then xp12 is my only option, using the Bell 212 or the UH-1H, or some excellent freeware alternatives.

If weather is a factor, then it's mostly xp12 I will pick, to feel the true need to avoid active zones, and deal with other adversities that can impact the flight and cause serious problems if not dealt with "professionally" 😁

Default ATC is now also my preferred. Haven't used it much for VFR stuff, but for IFR using most of the time Simbrief flightplans, it works good enough, actually in various aspects better than the two payware alternatives I use with fs 2024. I only miss listening to ATC interacting with other aircraft and the fact that it doesn't actually control the AI traffic injected by JusFlight Traffic Global.

I am now looking fwd into FF's b787 v2 with flight dynamics by GlidingWiki/Toliss.

I am going to ask Austin to fine tune space flight when xp12 gets fully updated. Would really like to use something like SpaceX, ULA's Vulcan Centaur, and the like...

Being able to simulate satellites, a Space Station, ... would bring X-Plane to a new level of simulation, and I am sure that would make it even more interesting and attract a bigger audience.

Not intended to be disrespectful, but why FOUR separate threads? You could wrote all that in one thread, this is just on edge of spamming.

I'm separating it because each focuses on a different aspect, and those three aspects that are the most important for me in xp12 right now...

But I see your point and will try to fix that for you,😁

EDIT: thx to the Moderator who helped with it 👌

The other two posts were about aspects that I find uniquely implemented in xp12, and this beta made even stronger because although they were already part of the positive aspects of xp12 they look like considerably upgraded in the latest beta 12.2, like lighting, colours and the cloud rendering.

Yes, I understand, but it's just too much.
Not sure you noticed, but when I create a thread, I cover 5 topics, and I write the whole paragraph. 😄 Not saying it's a good thing to write long posts, but I do it exclusively to avoid creating 3 or 4 post because on majority of forums that is classified as spamming, especially among moderators.
