New computer help

 My p.c. finally bit the dust. Trying to figure out what to get that will run msfs 2024. If possible send a link to the web site where they bought it.  Would like a rtx 4090 gpu and not sure on the cpu and 64 of ram.

AMD 9950X3D or if on a budget 9800X3D for CPU

GPU - depends on your desire, sadly 16GB VRAM is not enough if you want to run Ultra settings.  24GB TO 32GB VRAM which narrows the field for GPUs. (4090 with 24GB is a good choice).  On AMD side only option is older 7900XTX 24GB.  Or the 5090 32GB.

RAM - fastest possible at 64MB or higher two modules.

Motherboard (one that provides for two full speed PCIe 5 X16 lanes).  I use an MSI Godlike but you can get good performance on mid $600 range boards also … key would be to make sure it supports EXPO and XMP memory profiles, easier to setup and adjust as needed.  Yes, you can run Intel XMP profiles in AMD boards.

External audio interface using TRS (balanced) to avoid a potential whine/noise interferance.

No idea what your budget is, so the above recommendations are not really based on a budget.

A 4090 is going to be hard to find these days, and the few that are out there are laughably overpriced because you can't get a 5090 either unless you're willing to drop some serious coin, so people with 4090s are scalping too. If you're looking for the top-end card, you're going to be in the same boat as me: Waiting for a very long time.

Beyond that, I think you should give us a lot more detail before we can make a recommendation that will be useful to you:

What's your budget?

What do you mean by "run msfs2024?" Are we talking about running it on a single HD monitor, or an 8k VR headset?

For the CPU I'd recommend a Ryzen 9xxx X3D chip, which is pretty universally agreed to be the best option for gaming and especially simming.

Radeon 7900 XTX or 9070 XT would keep you going until 5000 series pricing reaches saner levels.
