I am on MSfs 2024 SU2.  Store version. 
When I taxi away from the gate I hear a strange noise.  I have tried a couple of different planes such as 787-10 and 737 max. Also tried different airports, makes no difference.

Could this be a known issue or perhaps a problem on my system.

Sorry I forgot to mention I hear the noise only when viewing the taxi using the external, outside, view.

 

Are you using BATC? There is an issue where a strange noise is heard when taxiing with that running. 

Yes, I am using BATC.

That must explain the issue.
