A340-600

Featured Replies

Hi all,

as far as I know there are only 2 working models for A340-600 available currently.

One is the expensive studylevel-aircraft from Toliss and the other is this here, freeware from Thomas Ruth.

Originally designed for FSX years ago but v4 can do it in 64bit so it runs very smooth. A lot of nice paints available, great work.

...🙂...Yes, lived through those FSX Thomas Ruth Jetliners...like many of us here. Thomas Ruth would always add instructions how to add an Airbus [VC] into his Airbus models for greater realism...🙂... I recall, the a346 liveries were a little less in supply than the A343s...

The A346 is such a long airliner...I had chance to travel on the LH 346 many times. At Frankfurt, sometimes they would bus us out to the tarmac, and we would climb aboard on the airstairs, and up close it would seem even longer. I always preferred airstair entry to Jet bridge...🙂...unless it was cold and windy outside...

You have excellent and crisp pictures of this A346 here...in this attractive livery. I'm looking forward to that Toliss and Aerosoft collaboration for the A340-600 in MSFS...After all it's a quad-jet among the plethora of twinjets these days...🙂...

Thanks for sharing...!
