AI Injection & Ejection Height

Featured Replies

Currently using PSXT with "Max Live (park incl)" set to 0 because I only want parked traffic at airports and don't want to see the weird behaviors of live traffic on the ground. However, I would like to have an option to inject live traffic at around 500 feet after they have taken off, and have them ejected when they go below 500 feet while on approach. Are you able to implement a feature to set an injection or ejection height in PSXT?

? Where .... ?

The behaviors that are beyond PSXT’s and RT’s control such as ground traffic stopping or disappearing due to a lack of new real-world data updates or low coverage, as well as ground traffic being out of alignment on the ground. Again, just inquiring about an option to have only static parked aircraft on the ground, with live traffic in the air only.

I'll look into that, although it does not look easy because there is only an absolute altitude in the RT data, not alt above ground ...

@UPL7Available now in version 11.3.0:

Upon special request: Added a checkbox AirOnly. When ticked only live airborne traffic at altitudes greater than 300 ft above ground will be injected into your sim. No ground movements.  No live aircraft parked at gates.

@kiek Thank you for the fast implementation.

Surely you meant 11.3.0 ?

Incidentally, it seems that the "new version check" is broken again, I'm on 11.1.0 and get no notification/red bar at the bottom. I also notice that someone just posted a 11.3.0 screenshot although 11.4.0 seems to be the latest?

Sorry, typo, I meant 11.3.0. Now 11.4.0

EDIT: I see that new version detection has been switched off for a few versions already. I have it fixed now. Sorry.
