August 10, 2025Aug 10 There are many symbiotic relationships in nature. Some of them seem implausible. There are three main types: mutualism (both species benefit), commensalism (one species benefits while the other is unaffected), and parasitism (one species benefits at the expense of the other). I have sometimes wondered how they came about. Accidentally? Purposefully?
