Yes, if the fsltl-base folder exists, but it is empty, it gives that error, refering in the log to fsltl-traffic-base

Strange. If I do that, I get

It looks to me a local problem with what they call your "locale" . The character coding tables you are using.

I assume your Windows language is a Western one (English, Dutch, Flemish,...) so that cannot be it.

Maybe you should update or re-install the MS Visual C++ redistributable ( see the Quick Start Guide)? Give that a try.

Here are my cisual C== version. I dont see named one, but I have installed that specific one via the link in the guide. My system language and my non-unicode language is on dutch. Appreciate the help, really would like this to work 🙂

Wow, I think I found it! Changed my non-unicode language to English, and now seems to working. Will report back 🙂
