I am new to FSX and I have a good computer, I tried a flight from FS dreamteam KJFK to KORD in the Level D 767 and the beginning of my flight was horrible with 5fps, KORD was more manageable at 20. Can anyone tell me how the PMDG 747 is in FSX if you compare it to the 767. I love the 747 in FS9 and amthinking about the upgrade but I dont want to be tweaking when I could be flying in FS9. Also if anybody has an opinion on the MD11.Thanks

From my experience the 747 framerates are much worse than the LDS. I average 24 fps with the LDS 767 (frames locked at 25) and I average 16-17 fps with the PMDG 747. No need to go into settings and specs because I believe there is a consensus that the LDS is better on the frames.
