I am a FS hardware newbie and I am struggling with FSUIP7.  I have bought the Sierra Delta 3d Throttle lever add ons and I am having trouble getting the buttons on the throttle levers to work at all.  The instructions were pretty obscure to say the least..  It looks like I have to runFSUIP7 to get them to work as it appears to have no driver software?  What is FSUIP7 even do?  I have found it and run it and it seems to have no UI - am I missing something.  It looks as if I also have to grab a DLL from the fs SDK ?  It all feels a little amateurish.  I have the Winwing PAP.3N ( which is fantastic BTW) panel with the powered A/T Arm switch, so I want to use the A/T Disengage buttons on these new throttles if possible...

When I start FSUIPC it goes into the Hidden System tray.

Go inside it and click on FSUIPC icon to bring up the FSUIPC interface.

There you can set up your Buttons (and a lot more) in FSUIPC with MSFS and your aircraft loaded.

Although its been a while since your original post, here some additional info that may be helpful.
If you have installed the payware version of FSUIPC7 it should start up automatically during the MSFS 2020 or 2024 loading process. You should briefly see a FSUIPC7 banner when FSUIPC7 loads. After you install FSUIPC7 there should be a FSUIPC7 folder in your Documents folder with lots of documentation, such as the FSUIPC7 User and Advanced User guides.
After you have loaded a plane the key combo alt F should open the FSUIPC7 window if you don't see FSUIPC7 in the Hidden System tray as mentioned above.

There is also lots of help from John Dowson (FSUIPC7 developer) on the FSUIPC7 forum here
