August 27, 2025Aug 27 Robinson R66 in 2024: fine in 2D and VR from the exterior, but FPS in VR Cockpit drops to 4 to 8 FPS?? I'm running a Pimax Crystal Light, 9800x3d, 4090, 64 gb ram. Every other aircraft runs fine in VR or 2D. Any thoughts appreciated.
August 28, 2025Aug 28 Have you removed all mods? I have noticed massive performance drops in VR since MSFS2024 was released, happened to me again yesterday it plummeted to 10fps for a short while then returned to normal (as good as normal gets too anyway), plus going in and out of the Menu hammers performance so much I have to restart the entire Sim 🙄 Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1 Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)
