In 2024, I can't seem to download a Simbrief plan. IDX/ROUTE/FLPN RECALL results in DL FAILED???

I've used the Hotas X without problems, but couldn't be bothered with the twisting rudder idea, so I got TM's cheapest TFRP rudder pedals and have been using them happily for five years. Really, rudder pedals are a must have.

Many folks feel Carenado's most recent offerings in 2024 have raised the bar a bit for them. I too do not agree that "it has not changed since the earliest times."

I find the PCL head tracking to be great now with this update.

I would appreciate if you would explain how to assign "throttle 1 for eng 1+2 and throttle 2 for eng 3+4". I can't figure how to deal with 8 engines with 4 levers. Thanks.

I'm getting the "License invalid" in the EFB in the 2024 BAE 146. Do I have to copy/paste the userinfo.txt from somewhere to somewhere else?? How do I fix this? Is this like the procedure for the Turboarrow months ago??

Navigraph is basically a paid subscription service, although their related Simbrief website is essentially free for flight planning. Others above suggested free alternatives.

Anyone know how to assign 8 throttles when MSFS only recognizes four. I'd like to assign engines 1&2 to my Bravo throttle #1, 3&4 to #2. and so forth.

RV-14 and "z" file in CF, PMS 750 works for me in SU3. Try removing everything else from CF and see if it works for you.

I still think it's easier to have Orbx put it in my CF. Then I drag & Drop into my Add-ons directory for Add-Ons Linker to deal with. Yes, one drag & drop to do, but sounds easier than deleting dynamic links, etc.

Are you using the HF8 software? I've had no problem in 2024 if I select the 2024 option in the latest software. Good luck.

Robinson R66 in 2024: fine in 2D and VR from the exterior, but FPS in VR Cockpit drops to 4 to 8 FPS?? I'm running a Pimax Crystal Light, 9800x3d, 4090, 64 gb ram. Every other aircraft runs fine in VR or 2D. Any thoughts appreciated.

I recall simply running the Logitech MSFS Plug-in x64 driver .exe and it installed itself in the exe.xml file so that it starts automatically when I start the sim. Has worked for years. No Spad, A&O, no nothin'.

Have you loaded the Logitech MSFS Plug-in x64? And if you did, does it show up in your exe.xml file?

My 4090 lives in a Fractal Mid-tower. The space between the 4090 and the back of the case is the thickness of one sheet of paper, maybe. But no adverse effects.

How'd you get the 750 into the Dakota's panel? Is that TDS or PMS? Thanks.

Anybody else have download problems for the JF Arrow 6a versions? I'm getting 5 kb/sec which would take 2 days to download. From Contrail, e.g., I'm getting 50 Mb/sec. Is JF having server issues?

Unlike many. I was not a simmer at the time, though I had my PPL and about 400 hours in my Cessna 140. When I saw the trailer for 2020, I thought simming might just be worth a try. So I bought FSX, played a few months, then became a late 2020 beta tester. Been hooked since.

Thanks for the huge improvement you have made to the 2020 experience with Add-Ons Linker. And thanks for your continuing dedication.

I gather the IPD software adjustment is moving the panel image slightly rather than the physical IPD adjustment which moves the actual lenses.
