Logitech Radio Panel

Featured Replies

I have MSFS 2020 and I have been using the Logitech Radio Panels for a couple of years. A couple of days ago, there was a a simulator update, and after I updated the sim, the radio panels no longer worked. No lights - dead. The radio panel in the sim works fine. I uninstalled the plug in, I installed the latest plug-in, I pulled the USB out, re-started everything. Plugged in the USB and nothing. I have tried different airplanes. I moved the USB to a different port on the back of my computer, nothing.  I uninstalled the plug in, re-downloaded the latest plug in, connected the Radio Panel USB, started up the sim.... dead. You have probably cured the problem by now. But Windows Control Panel , Device Manager, Human interface devices AND USB Controllers.

For every device uncheck the box "Let Windows Disable this Device" (to save power). There will be lots of these devices, probably over 20.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

I have tried a couple of suggestions I found here and on YouTube, but nothing worked. I called Logitech help line and they answered. I gave them the problem and serial number of the device. They said that there is no one at Logitech expert with that device to help me, but they would have someone from HARMONY (?) contact me. It has been three days and no contact. Who is HARMONY? Sounds like the company may be in the process of being sold.

I contacted Amazon where I bought it and have been able to return it to them for full credit.

Now to find another company with a radio panel for PC desktop

Have you loaded the Logitech MSFS Plug-in x64?  And if you did, does it show up in your exe.xml file?
